By accessing or using Intergram ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Service Description
Intergram is a service provided by Floppydata FZCO that enables integration between Telegram and Intercom platforms. The Service allows you to connect your Telegram bots and accounts to your Intercom workspace for unified customer communication management.

4. User Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
5. Subscription and Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $49 per month. We offer a 14-day free trial period. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Floppydata FZCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Floppydata FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
